Our Constitution, a full version of which follows this introduction, is
a distillation of the way we have conducted our business for 50 years.
It
is a living tribute to those who fashioned this document that it has remained
fundamentally unchanged over the period since it's inception except to
accommodate the proliferation of Clubs countrywide. From time to time there have
been, and still are, minor modifications.
Such is the seriousness that we as
Nomads attach to the importance of our Constitution that no matter what the perceived
urgency or obvious merits of any proposed change is, its final acceptance can only be
ratified at a Council or Management meeting of our National body.
